At Le de l’hôtel LOTTE , we are proud to offer private 50 -minute Soundbath sessions designed to restore balance and calm in the midst of a busy day. Available on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Sundays these intimate treatments allow guests to experience the profound effects of vibrational therapy in a focused, personalized setting.

The practice of Soundbath has roots in ancient healing traditions across cultures—from Tibetan singing bowls in the Himalayas to the gongs and chimes used in Eastern rituals. At its core, Soundbath harnesses the power of resonant frequencies to quiet the nervous system, encourage deep relaxation, and create harmony within the body and mind.

During your session, you will be immersed in restorative tones from instruments such as crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, and ethereal chimes. These layered soundscapes are carefully chosen to help release tension, activate the parasympathetic nervous system, and invite you into a state of restorative stillness. Even a brief Soundbath can leave you feeling refreshed, grounded, and more attuned to yourself.

Whether as a standalone escape or paired with one of our advanced spa treatments, a private Soundbath offers a moment of serenity that lingers long after the tones have faded.
