During this 75-minute experience, guests will be guided through a meditation designed to quiet the mind, release tension, and cultivate a deep sense of presence. The evening then transitions into a live sound bath performed at the center of the Sanctuary, where resonant tones from crystal singing bowls and other sound instruments fill the space.
